Bacon Deviled Eggs

  • 15 large eggs hard boiled
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Pepper
  • 80 g bacon slices


  • Preheat oven at 200C.
  • Cook the bacon slices in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, peel the eggs & cut them in half. Scoop the yolk out into a bowl.
  • When the bacon is done cooking, pat the oil out with some kitchen paper. Dice the bacon. Keep 1 tbsp bacon bits for garnishing.
  • Mix the bacon, mayonnaise, pepper & mustard with the yolks until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture & garnish with the bacon.
