Guacamole

I think a dish that is well known & loved by a lot of people. Guacamole is something that I bought many time from the store before I must admit. Until I took the interest in making it myself. There is no need to emphasize that from then on wards, preferred the freshness of a home made Guacamole. After all it is so easy to make & has more of a kick to it.

Guacamole is a something you can enjoy in so many ways. First time I tried it was dipping with tortilla chips, classic! Then I just wanted more. So I served it with Sweet Potato Fries or even topping a juicy burger with it. It just adds that something more. We enjoyed it very much.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 avocados ripe
  • 35 g yellow onion diced
  • 65 g tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro diced
  • 10 g fresh red chili pepper diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the avocados into a bowl & mash them with a fork. Mash them to your liking. Depending if you like your guacamole smooth or a bit chunky.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the avocados & mix together.
  • Enjoy!
