Bacon Deviled Eggs
Crispy bacon combined with the creaminess of the deviled egg, one yummy deliciousness!Checkout some other variations like the Classic deviled eggs and the Chili deviled eggs
Ingredients
- 15 large eggs hard boiled
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Pepper
- 80 g bacon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200C.
- Cook the bacon slices in the oven for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the eggs & cut them in half. Scoop the yolk out into a bowl.
- When the bacon is done cooking, pat the oil out with some kitchen paper. Dice the bacon. Keep 1 tbsp bacon bits for garnishing.
- Mix the bacon, mayonnaise, pepper & mustard with the yolks until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture & garnish with the bacon.
