Pork Chops in Garlic & White Wine

A simple way in creating a tasty & tender pork chop dish. The taste of garlic & white wine is prominent in this recipe but also complimenting the pork chops in a great way. A meal that reminds me a lot of my childhood!

Ingredients
  

  • 700 g pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 g butter
  • 150 g onion diced
  • 20 g garlic diced
  • Pepper
  • ½ tsp meat seasoning
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 220 ml white wine

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chops with the meat seasoning on both sides.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side over medium to high heat.
  • Add the onions, garlic & butter to the pan. Season them with pepper, curry & paprika. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring frequently.
  • Add the wine & bring to boil.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
