Garlic Chicken Wings
Finger licking, tender chicken wings is all you'll get from this recipe! That's the right amount of everything to create a delicious meal.
- 1 kg chicken wings
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 45 g butter
- 150 g onion diced
- 25 g garlic diced
- 125 ml water boiling
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ vegetable stock cube
- Heat oil in a pan & melt the butter.
- Add the chicken wings & season them with chicken seasoning & pepper. Cook them for 10 minutes over high heat, flipping them on the other side halfway through the cooking time.
- Add the onions, garlic & curry powder. Stir everything together. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.
- Add water & the stock cube. Bring to boil. Lower heat & cover the pan. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
