  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 45 g butter
  • 150 g onion diced
  • 25 g garlic diced
  • 125 ml water boiling
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ vegetable stock cube


  • Heat oil in a pan & melt the butter.
  • Add the chicken wings & season them with chicken seasoning & pepper. Cook them for 10 minutes over high heat, flipping them on the other side halfway through the cooking time.
  • Add the onions, garlic & curry powder. Stir everything together. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add water & the stock cube. Bring to boil. Lower heat & cover the pan. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
