  • 2 baguettes
  • Butter
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 20 g spring onions sliced
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 130 g bell peppers chopped
  • 125 g mozzarella chopped
  • 150 g bacon chopped
  • Arugula


  • Preheat oven at 200C.
  • Mix the bacon, bell pepper, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder together in a bowl.
  • Slice the baguette lengthwise in half.
  • Spread some butter on the baguette.
  • Top the baguette with the mixture & then the mozzarella on top.
  • Cook in the oven for 10 minutes on a baking paper.
  • Serve with some arugula.
