Bacon & Pepper Bruschetta
Crunchy, delicious bread topped with such mouthwatering mixture that's sure to be enjoyed at any occasion or time of the day.
Ingredients
- 2 baguettes
- Butter
- 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 20 g spring onions sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 130 g bell peppers chopped
- 125 g mozzarella chopped
- 150 g bacon chopped
- Arugula
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200C.
- Mix the bacon, bell pepper, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder together in a bowl.
- Slice the baguette lengthwise in half.
- Spread some butter on the baguette.
- Top the baguette with the mixture & then the mozzarella on top.
- Cook in the oven for 10 minutes on a baking paper.
- Serve with some arugula.
