Pork Chops in Garlic & White Wine
A simple way in creating a tasty & tender pork chop dish. The taste of garlic & white wine is prominent in this recipe but also complimenting the pork chops in a great way. A meal that reminds me a lot of my childhood!
Ingredients
- 700 g pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 40 g butter
- 150 g onion diced
- 20 g garlic diced
- Pepper
- ½ tsp meat seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 220 ml white wine
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with the meat seasoning on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side over medium to high heat.
- Add the onions, garlic & butter to the pan. Season them with pepper, curry & paprika. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the wine & bring to boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
