  • 100 g carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 85 g mixed salad greens
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the carrot & the mixed salad greens.
  • Season them with salt & pepper.
  • Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise & extra virgin olive oil.
  • Toss everything well together.
