Chili Pork & Bok Choy Rice

Let’s take a look at this pork rice recipe. Well rice is a very favorite ingredient in our household. We create & cook a lot of dishes with rice & we never get fed up of it. This time I wanted to try something with a kick to it, a spicy kick. So chili with rice seemed like an ideal recipe for us on this particular day seeing as their two things we absolutely love. We like spicy food but sometimes we do forget about it or tend not to cook spicy food. But then comes the day, like this one, that we just want to experiment with it. Some red chilis can do the trick very easily. Adding that to a veggie that I simply love to cook with which is bok choy, & we were so happy with our meal. A great pork rice recipe with the spice addition & yummy veggies. It can be a hit with many people & if you just don’t fancy spicy food, you can still try it out without the chilis & have a delicious meal. Have a yummy Chili with Rice or a tasty Pork Rice meal everyone!
