Berries & Banana Smoothie
A smoothie that's sure to start your day in the best way possible or simply refresh you anytime you need!
- 1 banana
- 60 g strawberries
- 60 g blueberries
- 250 ml apple juice
- Add everything to a blender.
- Blend on the highest setting for approximately 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Serve it chilled.
- Tip: You can prepare a bag with the fruits & freeze them so they're ready to use when you want.
- If apple juice is not a favorite you can replace it with water & add 1-2 tbsp honey or vanilla sugar.
