Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 60 g strawberries
  • 60 g blueberries
  • 250 ml apple juice

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender.
  • Blend on the highest setting for approximately 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  • Serve it chilled.
  • Tip: You can prepare a bag with the fruits & freeze them so they're ready to use when you want.
  • If apple juice is not a favorite you can replace it with water & add 1-2 tbsp honey or vanilla sugar.
