Ingredients
  

  • 500 g pasta penne
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 g tomato chunks
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp dried celery
  • 60 g green olives sliced
  • 20 g garlic diced
  • 130 g onion diced
  • 460 g bell peppers chopped
  • 480 g tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g capers
  • ½ vegetable stock cube

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil & melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add the onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook for 4 minutes over medium to high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the tomatoes, olives & stock cube. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the tomato paste & tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, boil the pasta.
  • When everything is cooked, mix together.
