Baked Salmon, Feta & Spinach Omelette

  • 8 medium eggs beaten
  • 200 g smoked salmon chopped
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp dry chives
  • 150 g spinach roughly chopped
  • 75 g Grana Padano grated
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 55 g feta cheese cubes


  • Preheat oven to 200C.
  • Put a baking paper in a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, spinach, smoked salmon, feta cheese, Grana Padano & chives.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
