I have cooked pizza at home many times, like I think many of you did. But I have never tried cooking it on the barbecue. It was a first & for sure it won’t be the last because the results were simply perfect. A crunch but at the same time soft in the center pizza dough. On top of that the mixture of toppings were just perfect together.

Chicken, Halloumi Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes on the BBQ
A crispy but at the same time soft dough with a delicious mixture of toppings that go together perfectly!
Equipment
- Pizza Stone
Ingredients
- 200 g pizza dough
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- Salt & pepper
- 100 g chicken breast grilled, sliced
- 50 g sundried tomatoes sliced
- 70 g halloumi cheese chopped
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat BBQ up at 200C with the pizza stone in it.
- Roll out the dough & spread the tomato sauce. Season it with basil, salt, pepper & garlic.
- Spread the chicken breast, sundried tomatoes & halloumi cheese.
- Put the pizza on the pizza stone in the BBQ & cook for 15-20 minutes.
