Instructions
Preheat oven at 200C.
Cook the bacon slices in the oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the eggs & cut them in half. Scoop the yolk out into a bowl.
When the bacon is done cooking, pat the oil out with some kitchen paper. Dice the bacon. Keep 1 tbsp bacon bits for garnishing.
Mix the bacon, mayonnaise, pepper & mustard with the yolks until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture & garnish with the bacon.
