Ingredients
  

  • 700 g pork belly
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by patting dry the pork belly with some kitchen paper. It is as very important step to make sure you get that crispy pork skin.
  • Score the skin of the pork belly lightly in a crisscross pattern. It helps to have a sharp knife for this step.
  • Season generously with salt, pepper & garlic powder. This step it also comes down to personal preference & palette.
  • Cook the pork belly in the Airfryer at 160°C (320°F).
  • After 35 minutes of coooking, increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F) & cook for 10 minutes more. I recommend you keep an eye on it at this point, otherwise the skin might go to far & burn.
  • Let the pork belly rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This helps the juices redistribute, keeping the meat tender and juicy while maintaining crispy crackling.
  • After the resting time, slice away & enjoy!
