Creamy Green Veggies & Bacon Casserole
A creamy & delicious way of making veggies even more yummy. Can be served as a main or side, depending on your liking.

- 315 g green beans frozen
- 300 g bacon chopped
- Pepper
- 80 g white onion diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp meat seasoning
- 100 g Grana Padano grated
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 580 g carbonara sauce
- 500 g broccoli cut into small pieces
Preheat oven at 200C.
Boil the broccoli & green beans half way through.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the onions & bacon to the pan, & season with pepper, meat seasoning & curry. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In an oven dish, mix the broccoli, green beans & bacon mixture together.
Pour the carbonara sauce over them & cover the dish with aluminium foil. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Uncover the pan. Top with breadcrumbs & the cheese. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
