Baked Salmon, Feta & Spinach Omelette

- 8 medium eggs beaten
- 200 g smoked salmon chopped
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp dry chives
- 150 g spinach roughly chopped
- 75 g Grana Padano grated
- 2 tbsp milk
- 55 g feta cheese cubes
Preheat oven to 200C.
Put a baking paper in a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, spinach, smoked salmon, feta cheese, Grana Padano & chives.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
