Pork Chops in Garlic & White Wine
A simple way in creating a tasty & tender pork chop dish. The taste of garlic & white wine is prominent in this recipe but also complimenting the pork chops in a great way. A meal that reminds me a lot of my childhood!

meat seasoning

curry powder

paprika powder

white wine
Instructions
Season the pork chops with the meat seasoning on both sides.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side over medium to high heat.
Add the onions, garlic & butter to the pan. Season them with pepper, curry & paprika. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat, stirring frequently.
Add the wine & bring to boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
