- 4 avocados ripe
- 35 g yellow onion diced
- 65 g tomatoes diced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro diced
- 10 g fresh red chili pepper diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
Scoop the avocados into a bowl & mash them with a fork. Mash them to your liking. Depending if you like your guacamole smooth or a bit chunky.
Add all the other ingredients to the avocados & mix together.
