In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, dill, garlic powder & lemon juice.
Brush the bottom of a sheet pan with 3 tbsp of the oil mixture.
Spread all the veggies around the pan, putting the aubergines on the bottom & spread the other vegetables on top. Drizzle 7 tbsp of the oil mixture on top of the vegetables.
Cover the pan with aluminium foil & cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven & uncover the pan. Place the salmon in the middle of the pan & brush the salmon all over with the remaining oil mixture. Cover again with the aluminium foil & put the pan back in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
Uncover the pan & cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
