Chili Pork & Bok Choy Rice

- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp wok oil
- Salt & pepper
- 45 g spring onions sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds white
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 450 g rice rinsed
- 10 g chili sliced
- 200 g bok choy
- 600 g pork chops sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- Fried onions garnish
Boil the rice.
Heat up the wok & then add the wok oil. Spread it all around the wok.
Add the pork & season it with salt & pepper. Cook for 4 minutes over high heat.
Add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, spring onions, chili & bok choy. Cook for 4 minutes over medium to high heat, stirring occasionally.
Lower the heat & cover the wok. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice & sesame oil to the wok. Mix everything together well. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the sesame seeds & mix everything.
