Boil the potatoes in some water & the chicken stock cube. Cook them half way through.
Drain the potatoes & put them in a bowl. Add the paprika powder, salt, pepper, rosemary & 3 tbsp olive oil. Mix everything well together.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish with a baking paper. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the potatoes & cook in the oven for 20 minutes, until the potatoes have some color & become a bit crispy on the outside.
