Heat the oil & melt the butter in a casserole pan.
Add the chicken breast to the pan & season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder & chicken seasoning. Cook for 6 minutes over medium to high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the leeks & broccoli to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the rice, lemon peel, parsley, white wine, cream cheese & chicken stock to the pan. Bring to a boil & then let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
